3. No client relationship created by website use

Your use of this website, submission of an enquiry form, use of a client login area, telephone call, email or other communication with PMFO does not, by itself, create a client, adviser, fiduciary, trustee, accountant, tax agent, financial adviser or professional relationship with PMFO.

A client relationship is only formed when PMFO confirms in writing that it has accepted your engagement and any required engagement letter, scope of work, disclosure document, identity verification or onboarding process has been completed.

Any professional services provided by PMFO will be governed by separate engagement terms, scope documents, service agreements or disclosure documents, as applicable.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a signed engagement letter or service agreement between you and PMFO, the signed engagement letter or service agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

5. Financial, tax and regulated services

Some services or communications may relate to financial, investment, taxation, accounting, superannuation, estate planning or other regulated matters.

Where PMFO provides regulated services, those services will only be provided through appropriately qualified, registered, authorised or licensed persons, or in conjunction with external professional advisers, where required by law.

Any financial product advice, tax agent services, accounting services, legal services or other regulated services will be provided only where PMFO or the relevant adviser is authorised, licensed, registered or otherwise permitted to do so.
